This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products, request refunds, or exchange items purchased from our website. Our collection primarily features books on programming, software development, UX/UI design, graphic design, and related educational fields.   • Customers may request a refund or exchange for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise agreed.
  • Only products purchased directly through the Book Alist website are eligible under this policy.
  • Products purchased through third-party sellers are subject to their respective policies.
  • All refund or exchange requests are subject to inspection and verification.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • For damaged or defective items, customers must notify Book Alist within 7 days of receipt, providing photos or other evidence.
  • Digital products (e-books) are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue preventing access.
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items may have special terms and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.


4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, shipping costs for replacement items will be covered by Book Alist.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

Book Alist will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping.


6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Downloadable digital content (e-books) once access is granted
  • Gift cards and prepaid credit
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers
  • Clearance or final-sale items (unless defective)
